In the Wellington Magistrate's Court yesterday it wae mentioned that the judgment in respect to the horse Problem could not be carried out, as the horse could not be found.
A cablegram from London states that t&6 latest betting on the Cambridgeshire Stakes, ~ >y' run on Wednesday next, is 9 to 1 agst s Bluegreen, 10 to 1 Memoir, 15 to 1 Comedy. Mons Meg and Common have been scratched.
