To Start at 12 o'clock. 1. Maidbn Tbot (in Saddle), of 15 boys ; second horse to save his slake (for horses that have not won any advertised trot). Entrance 16s. Two miles. 2 MAiDEn Pony Teot (in Saddle), of 10 soys ; height, 14hds 2in or under, to be measured before starting (for all ponies that have not won any advertised trot). No weight under 9st. One and a-half miles. Entrance lCs. 3. Hawkb's Bay Tbotting Club Handicap (in saddle), of 30 soys; 5 boys from the stake for second horee. Two miles and a half. Nominations 20s, acceptances 10s. The winner of the Maiden Trot to be penalised losec, and the winner of the Pony Trot lOsec. 4. Handicap Pony Teot (in saddle), of 15 boys : height 14 hands 2 ii>che3 or under, to be measured before starting. Two miles. Nominations 10s, acceptances ss. 5. Skixikg Teot (in saddle), of 2C soys; 10 seconds to be allowed for every 5 soys reduction off selling price ; the winner to be sold for 20 boys, any surplus to go to the funds of the Club. Entrance, 20s. Two miles. 6. Consolation Handicap Teot (in saddle), of 10 soys ; for all beaten horses. Entrance, 10s. Two miles.

Nominations and Entries close with the Secretary on FRIDAY, the sth June, Addressed "Box 52, Hastings," until 8 o'clock p.m. Handicaps will appear aDout the 11th June. Acceptances close with the Secretary on THURSDAY, the ISth June, at 8 o'clook p.m., Box 52, Hastings. _ Previous performances of the horses to be given at the time of nomination, also colors of the riders. All protests to be accompanied by a fee of 2 boys, to be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. All disputes and objections arising out of the raciug shall be deoided by a majority of the _ Stewards present, whose decision shall be final, and shall not questioned in any Court of Law.
