SHIPWRECK.

Auckland, This day. By the arrival of the Taupo from Fiji news has been received that Capt. Calder, of the A.U.S.N. Co.'s Waroonga, which arrived at Suva on the 14th inst. from Noumea, reported that the same company's steamer Truganini, 203 tons, had been lost on the island of Aneityum, during a hurricane, on February ) Ith. The steamer went ashore at midnight, and became a total loss, her back being broken. The crew were all saved, but all the cargo was lost. No further particulars are to hand.
