RULES AND CONDITIONS. All races to be run under Metropolitan Rules of Racing. Any horse winning a race the value of £25 after the declaration of the weights to carry a penalty of 7tt>. Penalties not cumulative. All Nominations, Acceptances, and Entries close at 8 p.m. on their respective dates, and ara to bo addressed to the Secretary, Ormondville. Telegraph Office closes at Ormondvillo at 5 p.m. District Races aro only open to horses that have been in the district three months previous to the day of the races, and must be nominated by a bona fide resident in the district of three months' standing, district to consist of Ormondville, Norsewood, and Takapan Hoad Districts and Ormondville Town District.
