These races are open to all horses that have never won an Advertised Stake or Prize exceeding , the valuo of £40 at the time of Nomination, except the District Races. RULES AND CONDITIONS. All races to be run under Metropolitan Rules of Racing. Any horse winning a race the valuo of £25 after tho declaration of tho weights to carry a penalty of 71b. Penalties not cumulative. All Nominations, Acceptances, and Entries close at 8 p.m. on their respective dates, and ara to he addressed to tho Secretary, Ormondville.
