Any horse winning a raco tho value of £25 after tho declaration of the weights to carry a penalty of 71b. Penalties not cumulative. All Nominations, Acceptancas, and Entries closo at 8 p.m. on their respective dates, and are to bo addressed to the Secretary, Ormondville. Five per cent deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. Telegraph Office closes at Ormondville at 5 p.m. District Races aro only open to horsws that have been in the district threo mouths previous to tho day of the races, and must bo nominated by a boat fide resident in tho district of three months' standing, district to consist of Ormoudville, Norsewood, and Takapau Road Districts and Ormondville Town District.
