At the stations on the way some got out and visited friend-, so br the tirj-e the train arrived at its destination there were not many excursionists remaining. Those who went into the bush, however, spent a pleasant few hours after a tedious journey. The return train arrived in Napier last evening shortly before half, peat ten.
