Sir G. T. Cross leaves by first train tomorrow for Wellington to attend the Licensed Victuallers' conference, which commences its sittings on Monday.

The Court then ordered him to be detained while they consulted, and then stated that in oousequenco of the contempt of Court they would make tho sentences cumulative."
