The Supreme Court are hearing an aotion for an injunction to restrain a defendant from further proceeding with a auit of judicial separation. The plaintiff is William Atkinson, of Wellington, and the defendant Isabella Atkinson, of Picton. Ex Tongariro, a nice variety of dress robes in colored and white, also cotton pongeeß, and novelties in dress trimmings to match. Neal and Close invite inspection.
