The Monowai arrives from Melbourne via Hobart aud southern ports about 19th instant. The loading of frozen meat on board the &><of Victoria was recommenced at I p.m. to-day, when the first train load of meat arrived from Tomoaua. Freo men do the wovk of loading both on shore aud on board the large steamer. These men under Messrs Smith aud Fenwiek, stevedores, will proceed in her to Wellington, where the coaling from the s.s. Bavlev will be done. The same men will return in the Bayley to Napier, and the loading of her will be gone on with.
