obeyed orders, but the Fanny being alongside the Star of Victoria, was permitted to complete her discharge. This morning tho storemen, carters, and expressmen were called out, but point blank refused, one storemau saying he had a " blank good billet, and he was uot going to lose it. Somo of the men on strike tried to persuade obedience to the Maritime Council, but beyond a few black eyes no harm was done.
