The Hawke's Bay Rugby Union mot at tho Criterion Hotel last evening, when thero was a irood attendance of delegates, Mr Logan occupying tho chair. Tho numerous outside matches, as well as cup fixtures, which wore still to be played, would necessitate the abandoning of the Gisborno match, which had been an annual fixture for many years, unless it was decided that week. In recognition of tho various remarks mado by the delegates, tho secretary withdrew his resignation. For tho better guidance of tho Union's allairs in future, v management committee, consisting of Messrs Logan, Hobou, and Morrison, was appointed.
