Australia, Captain John Gibb, arrived from northern ports last night, and came up to tho breastwork at S o'clock this morning. Sho leaves for Wellington this afternoon. The Union Company's s.s. Mararoa, Captain Edie, arrived from northern ports this morning. She left Auckland at 1 p.m. on 24th instant, rounded the East Cape at 8.15 a.m. on 2ath, reached Gisborne at 2 p.m., sailing again at 7.30 p.m., and anchored at Napier at G. 40 a.m. this morning. Tho Ahuriri tendered her on arrival and took off the outward passengers at 2 p.m. The Te Kapu returned from the coast Inst night:. She leaves for Wairoa on Monday night. The Kawatiri had not left for Auckland when our report left tho Spit. The Union Company's Monowai is duo from Wellington about nocn to-morrow. Tho Ahuriri takes off the outward passengers at 4 p.m. Arrived at London—Lochnagar and Kingelune from New Zealand. The Wakatipu left Sydney for Wellington yesterday. The following sailing vesnels from Napier are now on their way to London :—Lochnagar (Sinclair), 122 days out ; Opawa (Hamon), 59 days out; Lady Jocolyn (Watt), 20.
