'dim acres of education reserve, liable to be sold at any time for £2 an acre, were disposed of for tweuty-ono yoars. Leases iv eleven lots, total of the upsets being £195 3s Gd, the rente realised £310 19e. Eight •'small grazing runs," a total area of 20,600 acr.es, the total upsets being £1031 10s, th* totiil rents bid wa« £1399 lon. The remainder of tho old station on the and Waimato runs was leased for a few months at tbo upsets.
