IVTOTICE is hereby given that it is proJLiI posed by the Petane Road Board, under the provision of " The Public Works Aot, 1582," to close portions of a Public Koad through tho Pahoa Block, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay County. The portions of the road, to be closed are described in the Schedule hereunder, and notice is further given that a Plan of the said Road is deposited at the Office of the Board, Eskdale, in the Hawke's Bay County, and is there open for inspection on Mondays,, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., and the same are more particularly delineated on the Plan, and 'thereon Colored Green. NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of Part 11. of " The Public Works Act, 1882," and also of the Acts amending the same, that tho Potano Road Board propose to take certain Lands, for the purpose of a Public Road, being part of the Pahou Block, containing by admeasurement 14 Acres 3 Roods, and 30 Perohee (more or less). Any person affected thereby is called upon to set forth in writing any wellfounded objection to the taking of such Lands within 40 Days from the date of this Notice, and such objections are to be sent to the Chairman of the said Board. A Plan of the Land to be taken is now open for inspection on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., at the Office of the Board at Eskdale. W.
