SVklltngton, This day. _ Tlie rc-hearicg in tho case of the Waikaporo block, near Ormondville, was granted by tho Chief Judge of the Native Land Court and Assessor this morning. The four salient points on which the Court considered sufficient doubt existed us to the judgments of Judgo Yon Stunner to justify the ro-hearing were —(1) gift to Hikareropari, (2) gift from Tamaiwaho to Rehunga, (3) title through the appointment of Karaitiaua Takamoana as manager of the Ngaitiihu lands, (4) the cutting down of a celebrated tree on tho block. A ro-hearing was ordered of the whole matter, and it was to bo unlimited and unconditional.
