in cash. Hr.ck (for open races) shall mean a horse that has never started in a weight-for-ago or handicap race, either on the flat, or over hurdles, other than hack races, and is not. nominated for a Derby, St. Leger, Guineas, or Sapling Stukes. District hack shall mean a horse that has been in tho district for 3 months previous to tho day of tho race, and is nominated by a bona fide resident of the district of 3 months' standing. District to consist of Ormondville and Norsewood road districts, ai.d Ormondville town district. Horses never to have started in a weight-for-ago or handicap race (hack race excepted).
