Special arrangements can be made lor the exhibition of articles in the grounds, and for positions of special advantage in tho buildings. British and Foroigh Exhibits, not included in the scope of the Exhibition, will b» admitted at the ordinary rates. Freight, railage, and insurance on Exhibits are free to and from Dunedin, Every Exhibitor is allowed a General Description of each Exhibit, up to twenty words, in the catalogue, free'of charge.
