Tlie grounds of Mr. Napier's appeal against Te Kooti's senteuce in '.hat no wet of tho prisoner comes under Section H of the Justices of the Peace Act; also that the information charged To Kooti with misdemeanor, and Mr. Bush had no power to dea| with it, but should have committed the prisoner to tho Supremo Court.
