Up to date one hundred and twenty-five thousand bales of wool have arrived for the aext series.
Leather has experienced a general decline of a farthing. Basils have advanced a farthing. The rabbit skins market is steady. Fine black horse salt is quoted at i'2n Gd. For throe mouths' bills 2] per cent, is asked.
Business in forward wheat is un.-iutivo. Foreign arrivals are moderate. An off coast cargo has been sold at from 39s to 39s 6d. liie English wheat market is firm. The continental market is inactive. The American market shows a general decline. Several Australian cargoes are awaiting sale. New Zealand long berried, -I_h to 42s 6d; Australian, r.'s Od to -13s.
