SATURDAY Return Tickets will be issued from any Station to any Station from December 21st, 1888, to January 2nd, 1889, inclusive, available for return any day up to and including January 15th, 1889, on the following sections :—Napier-Woodville, Foxton - New Plymouth, WellingtonMangamahoe, and between theFoxton-New Plymouth and Wellington and Manawatu Company's line. Special Cheap Tickets to Wellington via Palmerston and the Manawatu Company's line, available for the same dates, will also be issued as under:— . Ist 2nd Class. Class, s. s. d. Napier and Hastings to Wellington and back, or vice versa .. .. .. 37 26 6 Waipawa and Waipukurau to Wellington and hack, or vice versa .. .. .. 30 20 0 These Tickets aro only available for the rail journeys. Passengers must pay their own coach fareß between Woodville and PalmerBton, and make their own arrangements with coach proprietors. On December 24th a trairt will leave Hastings for Napier, at 6.50 p.m., returning Napier depart It). 15 p.m. CHRISTMAS DAY. On December 25th tho ordinary time-table will bo cancelled, and the only trains run will be the 7.20 a.m. Napier to Woodville and the 2.40 p.m. Woodville to Napior, which will run as usual; and the Sunday trains between Napier and Hastings running as on Sundays. HAWKE'S BAY RACES, DECEMBER 26th. On December 2(ith Excursion Tickets will bo issued from all stations from Woodville to Tc Aute, inclusive, to Hastings, available for return on the day of issuo only. Fares as per posters. Special Race Tickets, including 2s admission to racecourse, wili be issued from Napier and Farndon as usual. Fares as per posters. , , BOXING DAY SPORTS, WAIPAWA. On December 2Gth the ordinary Timetable will be cancelled. Trains will leave Napier for the Racecourse at 10,20' a.m. 11.15 a.m., and 2 p.m. returning Racecourse depart 3.45 p.m. undo.ls p.m. Trainswill leave Napier for Woodville at 8 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. and for Waipukurau at 5.20 p.m. Trains will leave Waipukurau for Napier at 8 a.m. and Woodville for Napier at 7 a.m. and 2.40 p.m. No Spit Trains. KAIKORA RACES, DECEMBER 27th. On December 27th a Special Train will leave Napier at > 9.10 a.m., Farudon 9.30 a.m., Hastings 9.50 a.m., and Kaikora arrive 11.10 a.m., returning Kaikora depart 5.25 p.m. Excursion Tickets will he issued, available only by this special, as follows :— Ist 2nd Class.
