THE WRITER OF THE ALLEGED FORGED LETTERS TO BE PRODUCED.

(Received November 19, 12.10 p.m.) London, November 17. The Times-Parnell Commission havo granted the Times permission to tender as evidenco the reports of journals other than the Times. It is asserted that Sir Charles Russell will produce evidence tracing the alleged forged letters baok to the persons who received them from the writer, and willshow that these letters were altered from, their original form by means of forged, sentences of a danming nature being inserted v in tho body of the documents oh which tha Times based it. charges. It is stated, also, that the writer of the forged sentences will be produced, that bis evidence Twill indicate to whom the letter was sold, and what prioa was received for them.
