Melbourne, November 10. The Victorian Racing Club had another magnificent day for tho fourth day's racing of their spring meeting. About 40,000 persons were present, including the viceregal party. The way in which Carbine disposed of the field in tho Foal Stakes proves that Ensign's win in the Derby was a complete fluke, and confirms tho opinion that. Carbine's jockey must have been outgoneralled. The following are the results of the racing :—
