(Received October 6, 11-13 a.m.) Beems, October 1. It is reported that Priucc Bismarck has ordered the expedition to be abandoned ■which it was proposed to fend to the relict of Emm Boy by way of tho JMat Coast. The reason assigned for this course is tho iear of a, general rising of tho natives.
