His temper is excellent, being tree from all kinds of vice ; has a good, strong, wholesome constitution, free from taint of any kind ; and it may bo mentioned that he is a sure getter of Sound aud Good Stock. Rob Roy is by Sir Robert Bruce, out of a pure Clydesdale mare, by Old Wellington, who took three champions in succession. This shows without further need of comment that Bob Roy is descended from tho purest strain of Clydesdale Horses that can be found in any country.
