Passengers—Mr and Mrs M'Kellen ; Mesdames Blair, Wotherspoon, and Stock ; Misses Outon and Watson : Messrs Wilkinson, Packett, Grant, Gilberd, Hutchison, Bromley, Wotherspoon Moore, Carter, Wilson, Whitcombe, Robinson, Woodwood, M'Kain, Proctor, and Gray.

Tho Union Company's e.s. Mannpotiri, Captain T. Logan, arrived from southern ports and Melbourno at IS p.m. cm Saturday. aud reports as follows : —Loft Melbourno on tho 8tli: passed Swan Island on the 9th, and tho Solandors on tho 13th, arriving , at the Bluff on tho latter date; called at Dunedin on the 14th, Lytteltonon tho 16th, and Wellington on the 17th, leaving tho hitter port same evening at G. 15 p.m., and arriving as above. Encountered S.S.E. and easterly gale to the Bluff, -with heavy sea : fine weather along the coast as far as Wellington, and from thence to arrival strong head winds and heavy sea. Her outward mails and some of her passengers wero taken off at 4.30 p.m., and the rest of tie. pasBongcrs wcro taken off with tho "Hans the Boatman " Company after their perforniauce.
Tho 8.8 Kahn, Captain G. Romerill, steamed for Wellington via the coast at 4 p.m. on Saturday. The Union Company's s.s. Rotomahana, Captain 11. Carey, embarked her outward mails and passengers at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday, and continued her voyage shortly ufter for southern ports and Melbourne. The s.s. Wairoa will steam for Wairoa lit 12 o'clock to-night. The schooner Dunedin will sail for Auckland to-morrow with a load of potatoes.
The Colonial Union Company's s.s. Bayloy has arrived in Wellington from Sydnoy, and will leave for here to-morrow at noon. She is due early on Wednesday morning, and will commence discharging without delay. Tho Manaposa left Auckland for Sydney yesterday.

The Mararoa arrived at 7 a.m. She left Williamstown at (i p.m. on f he 14th. Had strong head winds .and sea throughout. No passengers for Napier. The Wairnrapa on Saturday took 27 j pasBungcrs Spr Melbourne.
