Some two or three years ago tho hearts of the reporters were gladencd, as it was understood facilities were to be granted them for reporting in. In any other Court they sit beforo the cleric, whore it is easy to get information from tho official as to plaintiffs, defendants, and amounts. In Napier frequently for such information the reporters have to depend on the solicitors. Now, if, after the lapse of two years, the matter has not been altogether forgotten, might wo suggest to tho powers that bo thst what is desired might be carried out.
