(Received Juno 27, 1.30 a.m.)

London, June 26,

In moving his amendment last night censuring tlie administration of the Government in Ireland, the Right Hon. Mr Goschen followed, and claimed that under the present administration boycotting and agrarian outrages had greatly decreased. There had been few miscarriages of justice, and the supremacy of the law was ■ becoming recognised. The debate is still proceeding.
