A match between the Australian Eleven and the Cambridge University was commenced to-day. The University team wont iv first to the-wickets, and at tho conclusion of the day's play had lost two wickets for 108.

Since the luncheon adjournment, when tho University team had scored lOS, Cambridge added 224, tho score in the first innings closing for 332.
