Judgment re Shaw, Saville, and Albion Company v. Timari Harbor Board was given this morning. Judges Prendergast, Gillies, and Richmond were unanimous in giving judgment for the Harbor Board on the ground that sufficient notice of action was not given. Leave of appeal to the Privy Council was granted.
