A despatch Ims been received hero from Berlin of a sensational nature. It states that Sir Morrell McKenzie has frustrated a plot to prevent Emperor I< redenck from succeeding to the throne. The other medical men intended to excise the larynx, and thus render the Prince ineligible to assume the monarchy. It also states that Prince Bismarck is now convalescent. Br.RLIN, Maroh 19. Emperor Frederiok, in his message to the Diet, solemnly undertakes to adhere to the Constitution.
