THE BELLINGER ENQUIRY.-R.M. COURT DECISION.
New Plymouth, This day. Judgment was given in the Bollinger case at noon to-day. The R.M. Court suspended Captain Benson's oortificate for six months, and recommended under section 21 that a certificate of first officer bo issued to him instead. Tho Court censured the mate for turning in before he was properly relie*ed, but his certificate was returned. The engineer's certificate was also returned, as there was no evidence that ho had anything to do with the casualty. No order was made as to costs.
