No further intelligence has been received of the disaster at Suakim, and its truth 18 doubted. CONVICTION OF AGITATORS. Emperor Frederick has re-affirmed the alliance with Austria and Hungary. KAISER WILLIAM'S FUNERAL. The Prince of Naples, son of the King of "Italy, will represent Italy, and General Billot will represent Franco at Kaiser Wilhelm's funeral. EMBEZZLEMENT. Sofia, March 14. Major Popoft, commandant here, has been arrested on a charge of embezzling Government moneys. The defalcations are reported to be of considerable extent.
