The Maiden Rice of the AVanderers' Bicycle Club takes place on AVeduesday morning next. As tho committee did not think it fair that all competitors—old and young, and new beginners and more experienced wheelmen — should bo started from the same mark, the following handicaps have been declared so as to give all taking part iv the race a fair and equal chance of winning:—J. G. Swan, 11. Ballautvne, and Paul (native), scratch; Bos'n "(native), 50yds; Willie (native), 70yds ; R. P. Patterson and Clcve, 80yds ; G." Robinson, 100 yds; AY". Ashton, Burr, J. Ashton, and Clarke, 12.'ivds; Sims, 2.3()vds ; Holt, SrtUvds ; MeGill, 300 yds.
