PRESENTATION OF PRIZES.

After the inspection parade last evenin-r the Napier Ritie Company, headed by the Garrison Band, was marohed to tho Town Hall to witness the annual distribution of prizes of that corps for shooting. There was a good attendance both of riflemen and the publio, including a sprinkling of ladies With a few introductory remarks Gaptaiii Blythe commented on the shooting «tatin<** that good scores could not be expected with the faulty ammunition supplied, which would explain the fact of thifyear's £S coming below the average.
