In the Divorce Court a rule nisi was granted on the petition of Sidney AVolf, of Timarti, against Mabel AVolf, ami Dr. Ross, formerly of Ashbttrton, with fail costs against the co-respondent.

Respondent had pleaded gross cruelty and neglect, but no evidence v.'a-, offered in support ot" these allegations, which petitioner denied.
