MILITARY ACTIVITY.
London, June 19. Tnenew Oriental Bank.Company have declared a dividend of 6 per cent. Tho profit on the year's transactions has been £50,000 nett. * Arrangements are being made by the English Government for a further withdrawal of troops from Egypt. A number of Alsatians have been imprisoned for two years for belonging to a French Patriotic League. The division in the House of Commons on clause 6 of the Irish Crimes Bill was 332 to 163. The ParneUite faction are now despondent of carrying any amencments. Great military activity is being carried on in Transcaspian stations, and M. Shulee has petitioned the Czar for help.
