This Afternoon.

His Excellency the Governor has granted an unconditional dissolution. Tho Government will apply to tho House for six months' supplies from the end of tho last financial year, 31st March. If tho House grants supplies, a new Representation Bill v. ill he passed, and the elections held under it. If the House refuses supplies, Parliament will be dissolved, and the elections will tako place at once under the present act.
