NOTICE is hereby given thatitisthi intention of the Napier Harbor Boarc c during the next session of the Genera. it Assembly to promote the passing of a Bill, ij by which the boundaries ef the Harboi c Reserve known as the Ahuriri Lagoon shall , be more than at present. [J And also to give power te the Napier c Harbor Board to fill in and reclaim part oi the said Ahuriri Lagoon, and the whole oi c any part of the Whare-o-maraenui Block, c and to construct and maintain auch works j thereon, as may be necessary for such purf pose. And also to give power to the Napier Harbor Board to raise money on mortgage \ to the extent of £30,000 on the security of v parts of the said Ahuriri Lagoon and the 3 Whare-o-maraenui Block and the rents 3 thereof respectively for the purpose afore--1 said. And also power for the saict Board to sell and dispose of 200 acres of the Whare-o-maraenui Block, and to apply the proceeds of sale in liquidation of the loan by the said .
