Hoadley and Co. report holding their sale of Woodville suburban sections 39, 40, and 41 in the Theatre Royal, Woodville, on Wednesday, when the following lots were disposed of : —ln Ross-street, s action 24, £30, and section 25, £29, to T. F. Chamberlian ; sections 40, 41, 48, and 49 at £26 each, and sections 73, SO, and 81 at £33 each, to C. M. Campbell; section 50, £27, to H. Davics ; section 57, £27, to C Hambling ; section 64, £30, to D. Simpson, junr.; sections 88, 89, and 9G at £31 each, to A. R. Lyons ; section 97, £31, to A. J. Morton. In Fox-street, section 15, £28, to H. Davies ; section 18, £28, to H. Thomas ; section 26, £31, to Angus M'Kay ; section 39, £25, to P. Scally. In Weber-street, section 30, £33, to P. Scally ■; section 31, £36, to Angus M'Kay ; section 32, £45, to G. Mason; section 33, £46, to G. L. Rabone. In Hall-street, section 65, £36, and section 66, £31, to P. Scally ; section 72, £36, to G. Mason. The rest of the sections in Fox and Burgoyne streets are hold over for future public sale, but meantime can be treated for privately.
