Sydney, This day. A resolution has been passed by Parliament thanking those who undertook the rescue work after the Bulli colliery explosion. The Railway Management Bill has been introduced and read a first time in the Assembly. It provides for the appointment of a Board of three commissioners, the chief of whom will receive a salary of £5000 per annum. The commissioners will hold office during their good behavior, and be empowered to make all appointments in the railway departments.

The departure of the Hauroto has been postponed till to-day.
