The debts due to the said firm in connection with their business other than the said Hastings business are to be paid to the said William Frederick Knight, Arthur Cowper Knight, and Francis John Knight, by whom all the liabilities of the firm other than the liabilities of the said Hastings business as aforesaid are to be discharged.
