THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between William Frederick Knight, Arthur Cowper Knight, Francis John Knight, Benjamin Leonard Knight, and Herbert Douglas Knight, at Hastings, Clive, Te Aute, and Tahoraite, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, as Contractors, Timber Merchants, and Sheepfarmers, under the style or firm of Knight Brothers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business of the firm heretofore carried on at Hastings aforesaid will be carried on by the said Benjamin Leonard Knight, to whom all debts due to the said firm in connection with the said Hastings business are to be paid, and by whom the liabilities of the said firm in connection with the s&id Hastings business are to be discharged. The debts due to the said firm in connection with their business other than tho said Hastings business are to be paid to the said William Frederick Knight, Arthur Cowper Knight, and Francis John Knight, by whom all the liabilities of the firm other than the liabilities of the said Hastings business as aforesaid are to be discharged.
