It is oflicially announced that the offer inside by tho New South Wales Government of the colonial Soudan contingent for services in India has been accepted. (Received April 30, 0.45 a.m.) The Standard this morning publishes a telegram from its special correspondent with General Lumsden to the effect that the Russian troops have occupied Maruchak, a position on the river Murghab, twenty miles south of Pcnj-doh.
