Union Company's s.s., Suva, 300 tons, Captain Hutchinson, from Wellington, arrived here at 11.30 a.m. this day, having left Wellington at 4 p.m. on the 22nd. Experienced strong south- eastly wind up the coast. She was berthed inside _at the breastwork by noon, where she will discharge her cargo this afternoon, and at 8 o'clock to-night is to steam for Gisborne and Auckland. The steamer Wairoa, H. Andersen, master, got away for Wairoa at 4 o'clock this morning, and is telegraphed as having got in the river at 10 a.m. The hrigantine Jessie Niccol, Captain Hodge, sailed for Sunday Island at about 9 a.m. this day, taking a cargo of 200 sheep and a quantity of general stores. The s.s. Bella, Captain Green, started for Wairoa early this morning, but put back soon after getting outside. The Union Steamship Company's s.s. To Anau leaves Auckland at noon to-day for Southern ports, being due hero at daylight on Saturday. The s.s. Kiwi is not now expected to leave Wellington until to-night. The cargo boat Ohau from Southern ports leaves Wellington on Saturday night and will be due here the following clay. The Enterprise left Dunedin yesterday, and may be expected here about the end of the week. The following are the movements of the s.s. Go-Ahead leaving Oamaru on Tuesday, 28th inst., Dunedin 29th, Lyttelton Ist May. If she can got sufficient cargo from Oamaru for North, she may not go to Dunediu. Arrived, last night, P. and O. R.M.S. Thames, with the London mails to March 20. (Received April 213, 1.30 a.m.) San Francisco, April 21. The Pacific Mail Company's R.M.S. Australia arrived here yesterday. [by telegraph.] Wellington, This day. The Pacific Mail Company's steamer City of Sydney left San Francisco with the March English mails on April 12th, one day late. The Pacific Mail Company's steamer Australia arrived at Frisco with the March colonial mail on April 20, one day before her time-table date.
