(Received November 21, 1 a.m.) Sir Thomas Brasscy has been appointed Secretary to the Admiralty, vice Mr Campbell Banncrman. - w Mr Stuart,--the Liberal candidate, has been elected for tho Hackney'constituency, the seat for which was rendered vacant by the death of tho Right Hon. Henry Fawcett, by a majority of 6000, votes.
