The terms for the Sheep will be cash, or equal to, on delivery. Immediately following will bo offered by auction the— MOUNT ERIN ESTATE, 4333 ACRE 3, FREEHOLD, SGS acres of which is rich alluvial Land, well drained and nil in English grass, the remainder Hill Lands, also in English grass, all fenced and subdivided into 24 paddocks. The homestead a very comfortable eight-roomed house, a largo men's house, woolshed for I-! shearers, yards, concrete dip, all erected within the last three years. This property, from the great improvements during the past three years, will winter about 14,000 Longwool Sheep, and in summer will carry about one-third more, no better fattening country in the district.
