NEW BILLS. / Notices pf motion Avere given for the introduction of the following bills:—Bill to amend the Licensing Act (Shrimski) ; bill for the abolishment of plurality in voting in the election of members (Grey) ; bill to extend tho hours of polling at elections for members of tho House of Representatives (Barron.)
