FIRES.

Dunedin, This day. On Sunday a house at St. Kilda, occupied by Mr Daniel Hart, was destroyed by fire. It was insured for £200 in the South British office. The grocery store of Mr Robert Ritchie, of Kaikoura, was also burnt yesterday. The building was insured in the National office for £100, and the stock in the United office for £250. Invercaroill, This day. Tadon's Hotel at Athol, on the Inverline, was burned down on Saturday. The insurances are £500 in the United office on the building, and £350 on the stock and furniture in the HamburgMagdeburg office.
