NOTABILIA.

The quarterly meeting of St. John's Branch, No. 93, H.A.C.8.5., will bo held at the usual place at 7.30 to-night. Dmining's Opera Company give their farewell performance at the Theatre Royal at S o'ciock to-night, Trhen the King's Dragoons will be presented. A summoned meeting of the Albion Lodge of Druids is convened for to-morrow evening for the nomination of officers. A train will leave Napier after the performance of the Opera Company at Hastings to-morrow night, calling at intermediate stations.

A list of special prizes which will bo awarded at the ploughing matches to be held at Hastings on Monday next arc published. Messrs Banner and Liddle sell by auction on Wednesday next a large stock of watches, jewellery, ele'etrowarc, &c, which will be on view on Tuesday. Mr R.
